Australian Financial Services License Holders - negotiating bulk subscriptions.
Upper Quartile invites AFSL Holders to arrange bulk subscriptions for some or all of their Authorised Representatives. Upper Quartile may also initiate discussions with AFSL Holders and their Authorised Representatives where it believes there is a reasonable likelihood that the AFSL Holder will support the subscription offer and establish a NUG. For bulk subscriptions, AFSL Holders are invoiced directly by Upper Quartile on a monthly basis and pay through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) facility.
Non disclosure of rates and subscribers
The choice of which Representatives are to receive the reports is decided at the discretion of the AFSL Holder and Upper Quartile guarantees it will not disclose your subscription list to any third parties. Nor will Upper Quartile disclose any discount rate to any of your Authorised Representatives, irrespective of whether or not they are on your sponsored subscription list. Each AFSL Holder or NUG requires the nomination of a single contact point to which all "sponsored" registrations will be directed, for confirmation and acceptance of the billing responsibility. A unique Upper Quartile Identity NUG code is provided for the Group, to complement the AFSL Holder's ASIC License number. Every Subscriber requesting registration as a Sponsored user must have has their application approved through the Upper Quartile Website, by the Administrator of the NUG, prior to getting access to the research.
